Pale Blue Dot Community, a program of Rochester Lifestyle Medicine Institute, is a community dedicated to promoting human and planetary health. The initiative encourages meaningful connections, authentic conversations, and positive emotions through kindness and mutual respect.

• Attend free lectures on Lifestyle as Medicine and Lifestyle as Medicine for the Planet featuring leading experts
• Benefit from individual and group health coaching sessions

For Medical Professionals:

• Participate in monthly Lifestyle Medicine Grand Rounds case presentations offering free CME credits
• Learn to run shared medical appointments through Zoom-based programs with patients' involvement to earn CME credits (self-paced courses also available)
